  • What is the cancellation policy?

    You may cancel services 12 hours after making security deposit. If services are cancelled within the 12 hour window you will receive only 50% of your deposit back. Anytime afterwards will result in a 100% loss of deposit.

  • How long will my embroidery project take?

    Time of completion depends on a number of factors. Those include complexity of design, if file(s) need to be converted into correct format, number of items to embroider and material you would like to have embroidered.

  • How does pricing work?

    We charge by the hour, thread count, clothing if you’re buying from us and materials. For example, $50 an hour is our base, if it takes 30 minutes to create one shirt you will be charged $25 per shirt plus material and thread count.

  • Do you embroider hats?

    Currently, we do not offer embroidery services for hats such as fitted hats, ball caps. We do offer embroidery for beanies and some bucket hats.

  • Do you have monthly embroidery plans?

    At this time we are offering a monthly donation plan only. Due to the complexity of each order we are unable to offer a flat rate monthly plan.

  • What are your hours?

    Our hours range from 10am to 5pm EST. If attempting to contact us outside of business hours you can always submit a contact form and we will reply as quickly as possible.
